For the slide range, we found a model on which we could print our branding. My role involved using the existing OTP graffiti logo to design the slides, with responsibilities including placement and color combinations. Please note that I did not create the slides themselves or design the logo.
During prior research on sustainable materials, I discovered a local supplier of mango leather in Rotterdam. Initially, we intended to use this material for the UP sneaker. However, upon further consideration, it became evident that it was a more suitable fit for a project with OTP. Thus, the decision was made to create a sustainable limited edition of the OTP Skyforce. Please not that I did not design the Skyforce silhouette.
This was a minor side project aimed at finding a more cost-effective solution for OTP's two best sellers. I suggested developing a "light" version by simplifying the pattern while keeping design elements. I also created a CAD to conceptualise the idea, which ultimately dit not proceed.
The project originated with the concept of creating a classic plain-toe silhouette for each of Spain's heritage football clubs. These were some quick concept suggestions, but there was too much going on to actually pursue them further.
